1 Service information and plans
PSPO Agent is a product management platform that provides you with a team of specialized agents to automate the complete product definition cycle: from requirements analysis to publishing the backlog in your management tools. We have structured our services into flexible plans that adapt to independent professionals, small teams and organizations of any size.
Each plan has been designed considering not only the volume of projects, but also the level of automation, the variety of integrations needed and the support required to ensure the success of your product management.
Free plan
The free plan is designed for you to try the platform with a real project without any commitment. It includes access to 3 basic agents (Product Owner, Requirements Analyst and Story Generator), 1 active project and local export in Markdown format. No credit card is required and there is no time limit: you can use the Free plan indefinitely.
Pro plan — €29/month
The Pro plan is our most popular solution, designed for Product Owners and teams that need the platform’s complete workflow. It includes unlimited projects, all 7 specialized agents, all publication integrations (GitHub Projects, Notion, Trello, Jira, Obsidian), multi-channel export and priority support. It is the perfect balance between full functionality and accessible pricing.
Enterprise plan
The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with advanced security, customization and support needs. In addition to everything included in Pro, it offers custom agents, full API access, guaranteed SLA, dedicated support, SSO and enhanced GDPR compliance. 2 Payment process
2.1. Payment methods
We have implemented multiple payment options to adapt to the preferences and internal policies of each organization. All payments are processed through Stripe, a world leader in payment processing, complying with PCI-DSS standards. PSPO Agent never stores credit card data on its servers.

2.2. Billing cycle
The Pro plan is billed monthly automatically, charging on the same day of each month that you started your subscription. If a month does not have that day (for example, the 31st in February), the charge is made on the last day of the month. The Enterprise plan offers customized billing: monthly, quarterly or annual, according to your organization’s policies.
2.3. Taxes
All prices are shown exclusive of tax to maintain transparency across different jurisdictions. Tax treatment depends on your company’s location and status:

All payments are made in Euros (EUR), regardless of the User’s country of residence, which simplifies accounting management and avoids exchange rate fluctuations. Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment and sent by email to the address associated with the User’s account. All invoices remain permanently available in the User’s control panel, within the “Billing” section, where they can be viewed, downloaded in PDF format and filtered by period. Invoices include all tax data necessary for proper accounting, including VAT breakdown where applicable.
3 Renewal and cancellation
At PSPO Agent, we believe that transparency and flexibility are fundamental to building lasting relationships with our users. We do not believe in trapping anyone with complicated contracts or hidden penalties. We want you to have full control over your subscription at all times.
3.1. Freedom to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalties or lock-in commitments. We believe in retention through value, not through contracts. The current month is charged in full and no proportional refunds are made for unused days of the current period.
3.2. Automatic renewal
The Pro plan renews monthly automatically to ensure you never lose access to the platform during an active project. We will always notify you 5 days before each renewal with an email reminding you of the date and amount, so you have time to make adjustments if needed.
3.3. How to cancel
Cancelling is as easy as subscribing. You can do it directly from your control panel in the “Billing” section, or by sending an email to [email protected]. We will process the cancellation in less than 24 hours. No calls, complicated forms or retention attempts.
3.4. After cancellation
We know that the decision to cancel is never easy, so we have designed a transition process that gives you all the time you need to manage your data. Below is what happens at each stage:

4 Refunds and guarantees
Your satisfaction is our priority. We know that choosing a product management platform is an important decision that directly impacts your team’s productivity. That is why we back PSPO Agent with solid guarantees that eliminate any risk in your decision.

4.2. Service level agreement (SLA)
Reliability is fundamental when you are managing your product backlog. That is why we guarantee industry-leading availability levels. For the Pro plan, we guarantee 99.5% uptime (less than 4 hours of downtime per month in the worst case). For Enterprise, we raise the commitment to 99.9% with a customized SLA.
If we fail to meet these commitments, we will automatically compensate with credits on your next invoice:

5 Service modifications
Constant innovation is part of PSPO Agent’s DNA. We are continuously improving the platform, adding new features and optimizing existing ones based on user feedback. However, we understand that changes can impact your established processes, so we manage all modifications with maximum transparency.
5.1. Price changes
Although we strive to keep our prices stable, it may be necessary to adjust them to reflect service improvements or changes in our operating costs. When this occurs, we will notify you 30 days in advance for monthly plans and 60 days for annual plans. You will keep your current price until the end of the already-paid period, and you will always have the option to cancel without penalty before the new price takes effect.
5.2. Feature changes
Most changes are improvements you will discover while using the platform. When a change may significantly affect your workflow, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, including detailed documentation and, where possible, transition periods. Our support team will be available to assist you during any transition.
6 Acceptable use
PSPO Agent is a professional tool designed for software product management. By using the platform, you agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and to respect the following restrictions, which ensure a safe and reliable ecosystem for all users:
- Use the service exclusively for professional product management purposes.
- Not use the platform for illegal activities or attempt to access unauthorized systems.
- Not reverse engineer the software or interfere with other users’ usage.
- Not resell or redistribute the service without express written authorization.
- Not upload material that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
7 Intellectual property and data
Clarity about data and intellectual property ownership is fundamental in any business relationship. At PSPO Agent, we have a simple philosophy: your data is yours, our technology is ours. This separation ensures that both parties maintain control over what belongs to them.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload or generate in PSPO Agent. You only grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing you with the service.
Our technology
PSPO Agent and all its underlying technology (software, algorithms, interfaces, documentation) are the exclusive property of SPARRING LABS, S.L.
Confidentiality
Both parties commit to maintaining the utmost confidentiality regarding all non-public information exchanged during the provision of the service, including requirements documents, project data, team configurations, commercial information and any other material that is not in the public domain. This confidentiality obligation remains fully in force even after the contractual relationship ends, whether by voluntary cancellation, plan expiration or any other cause of termination. SPARRING Labs commits not to disclose, share or use for its own purposes the User’s confidential information, and expects equivalent reciprocity regarding the platform’s proprietary technical details, algorithms and methods. Breach of this confidentiality clause by either party may give rise to legal action and claims for resulting damages.
8 Limitation of liability
Although we work continuously to offer an exceptional service, it is necessary to establish reasonable limits of liability. These limitations are standard in the software industry and allow us to offer our services at accessible prices while protecting business viability.
- Maximum limit: our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid in the last 2 months, regardless of the type of claim.
- Excluded damages: we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, opportunities or reputation).
- Warranties: PSPO Agent is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.
- Indemnification: you agree to indemnify SPARRING Labs against any claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms.
9 Legal aspects
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations. In case of dispute, we commit to attempting to resolve any disagreement amicably through direct negotiation for 30 days, followed by mediation if necessary. Only as a last resort will we resort to arbitration or litigation before the Courts of Logroño (La Rioja).
If any clause is found to be invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in force. These terms, together with our Privacy policy, Terms and conditions and Cookie policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and SPARRING Labs.
